A spray cooling tunnel is pasteurization equipment especially for filling or packaging dairy products, juices, beverages, beer, food, medicine, etc. It is ideal equipment for materials to extend shelf life through sterilization and cooling, especially automation The necessary secondary sterilization equipment for the production line. According to the user's different process requirements for heating, sterilization, heat preservation, and cooling of different products, different process designs can be carried out to meet the process requirements, and corresponding high-precision automatic control systems can be configured. Compared with the traditional water bath sterilization heat distribution, it is more uniform, more permeable, and more rapid, which greatly improves the production efficiency.

The process characteristics of shower cooling tunnel:
The material bottles (or cans) that need to be sterilized are fed by the feeding conveyor belt, and then enter the mesh belt through the plastic transition plate, are automatically arranged neatly, and enter the sterilization area. To the nozzle arranged above the mesh belt, it is uniformly atomized and sprinkled on the bottle (or can) to heat and sterilize the product. Then the hot water flows into the lower hot water tank through the mesh belt, is reheated by the steam to the required sterilization temperature, and is pumped out by the pump for recycling.
The sterilized bottles (or cans) enter the warm water cooling area, which is the same as the sterilization area. The warm water is drawn from the warm water tank by the circulating pump sent to the nozzles arranged above the mesh belt and sprayed on the cans (or bottles) after atomization. The material is pre-cooled, and the warm water flows into the warm water tank through the mesh belt for recycling. After the product enters the cooling section, the cooling water is atomized by the nozzle to cool the material, the cooling water flows into the warm water tank, and some warm water overflows from the warm water tank to keep the temperature in the warm water tank constant.

Water-saving process pipeline design, the lower-level water tank supplies cooling medium to the upper-level water tank. The water outlet of each section of the water tank adopts an externally convex suction tank with a filter device of 100 mesh.
