Fully Automatic Recycle Glass Bottle Washing Machine

Description
Plastic culture bottles are cleaned using hot water soaking and flushing with a brush for a strong decontamination process, the specific configuration, and process arrangement; after the bottle collection is completed, the empty bottles are directly put into the bottle conveying machine, and the bottles are fed through the bottle conveying machine through the bottle wheel. The first area of the bottle washing machine receives high-pressure repeated washing with circulating hot water and soaking for about 8 minutes, and then enters the first bottle brushing area. The bottle is brushed with a water brush, and the bottle is turned over after the brush is withdrawn. Drain the remaining water downwards, turn it over and enter the second rinse and brush the bottle. Repeat the same method twice to rinse and drain. In the process of draining, compressed air blowing is added to solve the residual water droplets in the bottle, and then it goes directly to the bottle conveying machine, and the whole process is automated. After the soaked hot water is filtered through the circulating water tank, the water pump is cyclically pressurized and rinsed. The speed is controlled by a frequency converter, and the cleaning speed is adjusted according to the bottle cleaning effect.

Structure design:

The automatic bottle washing unit is composed of soaking machine, an external brushing machine, internal brushing and draining machine, a bottle conveying machine, an electric control box, etc.

The bottle cleaning process is as follows:

Bottle in-feeding→Soaking and spraying--Brushing inside bottle→Injecting water into the bottle and spraying→Draining→Bottle out-feeding

Among them: the temperature of the hot alkaline water is 50-75ºC, and the concentration of the alkaline water is about 2.5%.

The structure and working principle of each part of the unit are introduced as follows:

1. The main structure and working principle of the soaking machine
The soaking machine is mainly composed of the main transmission mechanism, bottle control mechanism, drum part, soaking pool, and other parts.

1.1 Main transmission mechanism
After deceleration, the powerful motor is divided into two paths: one is to drive the drum to rotate intermittently; the other is to drive the bottle control mechanism to rotate through the meshing of two pairs of bevel gears.

1.2 Conveyance of bottles
The transfer of the bottles is controlled by the bottle-feeding wheel. When the roller part is in a static state, the groove part of the wheel will send the bottles into the soaking machine, and at the same time, the soaked bottles will be sent out of the soaking machine. When the drum starts to rotate, the wheel has no The groove part prevents the bottle from entering.
Because the bottle enters the dial groove by the thrust of the conveyor belt, there must be enough bottles to form a thrust before the bottle enters the dial to prevent the bottle from being rolled due to the bottle not being in place. The soaked bottle is driven by the dial. The thrust of the groove is sent out. For this reason, the bottle outlet channel of the soaking machine must be unblocked and not blocked. In order to effectively prevent bottle breakage caused by improper bottle feeding and obstruction of the bottle outlet, an automatic protection switch is installed after soaking to automatically control the operation of the machine.

1.3 Soaking of the bottle
After the bottle enters the soaking machine, the spray tube group pre-sprays the inner and outer surfaces of the bottle to heat the bottle evenly and then performs the following process: inside and outside the high-pressure spray bottle-pour out part of the sewage in the bottle-soak-pour Sewage water-out of the bottle cycle 3-4 times, the bottle after such treatment, the trademark and dirt have been removed.

1.4 Collection of waste standards and recycling of lye(waste labels or impurities in the bottle)
After the bottles are soaked and sprayed, a large number of waste labels (impurities in the bottle) and sundries remain in the soaking tank. Therefore, an automatic filter (filtered twice) is installed between the soaking pool and the pump station pool to collect the waste labels and sundries. The material is automatically removed, and the filtered hot alkaline water enters the pool of the pump station and is pressed into the spray pipe group by the water pump to realize the recycling of the alkaline water.

2. The main structure and working principle of the internal brush drain machine
The internal brushing and draining machine is mainly composed of the main transmission mechanism, the bottle control mechanism, the roller part, the bottle brushing internal mechanism, the spray pipe, and the frame, etc.

2.1 Main transmission mechanism
The power is decelerated by the motor and divided into three paths: one is the intermittent motion mechanism to drive the drum part to rotate intermittently, the other is the meshing of two pairs of bevel gears to drive the bottle control mechanism to rotate, the above two transmissions and the soaking machine drive the bottle brushing mechanism to reciprocate It moves in a straight line, and at the same time drives the water valve to rotate through the earth axis to control the opening and closing of the water valve.

2.2 Conveyance of bottles
The transfer principle of the bottle is the same as that of the soaking machine.

2.3 Cleaning and draining inside the bottle
After the bottle enters the internal brush and drains the machine, it rotates intermittently with the drum. When the bottle is in a horizontal position, the high-speed rotating brush is driven by the bottle brushing mechanism to enter the bottle for washing. After the washing is completed, the brush exits and the drum rotates through an angle. A row of nozzles installed on the frame sprays tap water into the bottle. When the bottle is in the vertically downward position, another row of nozzles automatically controlled by the water valve sprays into the bottle and then transfers to the drain. Section, the drained cleaning bottle is sent out.

3. The main mechanism and working principle of the bottle conveyor
The bottle conveying machine is mainly composed of a head, a tail, a side plate, a flat top sprocket, a flat top chain, a railing, a tensioning mechanism, and a machine foot.
The power is input by the motor after deceleration, and the flat-top chain is driven by the flat-top sprocket to move.
After the bottle is loaded on the bottle conveyor, it will move with the flat-top chain to complete the conveying of the bottle. The conveying speed is 10m/min. It can also be adjusted as needed. The width and height of the rail can be adjusted according to the specifications of the bottle.
