Working principle:
When the sensor senses the bottle, the label feeding motor starts and starts to send the label; when the position reaching signal of the label feeding motor is received, that is, the label feeding is completed, the label feeding motor stops feeding the label; the label cutting motor starts to cut the label. When the label is sent, the bottle does not stop during the label cutting process. When the bottle pushing electric eye finds a bottle coming and thinks that it is necessary for continuous production, the bottle feeding screw starts to push the bottle (the function of the bottle feeding screw is to divide the bottles that come from unequal distances from a new equidistant to the same initial speed), The bottle enters the core unit of the sleeve labeling system. When the sleeve labeling electric eye senses that there is a bottle coming, it immediately transmits the information to the control center PLC, and issues 4 instructions in sequence and consecutively through the PLC:
Sending, positioning, cutting, and shooting, when the shooting is over, the labeling process of a bottle is completed, and then it enters the label sorting and shrinking unit.
