CIP Cleaning in-Place System for BreweryUsage and scope
This semi-auto CIP cleaning system is used for dairy items in-place cleaning of pipes and vessels, can also apply to the brewery, beverage plants, and general food production materials of pipes and equipment cleaning. It is designed with 3 tanks, an acid liquid tank, an alkaline liquid tank, water tank separately connected on the machine frame, the tanks are with a single layer, the water tank is with heating function, the tank covers are flat. It is made of high-quality SUS304 material, has a long lifespan. It is easy to use and operate.  
It is controlled by
semi-auto, which needs manual put the liquid or water into the tank or get through the pipe for a liquid inlet. Manual open the valves for acid liquid or alkali liquid or water washing in order. A supply pump is used in CIP to convey cleaning liquid into material pipe and equipment, circulate to equipment circularly. The cleaning time is free and workers can control the time as a real need. The machine can be also set with a return pump to return the cleaning liquid for recycling use, which needs to increase extra cost, it finally depends on the customer's choice.
Therefore, the equipment utilization can be improved without the disintegration of the equipment and the pipeline, and reduce the labor intensity of workers. Therefore, this product is advanced in cleaning process equipment.
Using this equipment needs closer cooperation with the workshop, piping arrangement, cleaning head, and so on.


Main component:
Acid liquid tank, alkaline liquid tank, water tank, one supply pump, machine frame, stainless steel pipes and valves in system body, support parts, etc.

Function
The cleaning can be carried out with automated or manual systems and is a reliable and repeatable process that meets stringent hygiene regulations.
CIP (cleaning-in-place) main purpose is to remove solids and bacteria from tanks, vessels, and pipework in the food, dairy, beverage, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology processing industries.
