Bottle Warming Machine
1, Machine description:
Warming tunnel is the digestion and absorption of foreign equipment and technology, it consists of hot water sterilization phase, circulating water cooling phase 1, 2, 3, and circulating pure water cooling water phase, total five-cooling processing. The cooling time can be frequency adjusted according to user requirements.
The machine is equipped with an automatic metering pump, it can be adjusted according to technological requirements or additional water dosage. Hot water produced by the heat exchanger, flows into the tank after use, for recycling, if spraying water up to a temperature less than the set temperature, controlled by the actuator moderate heating of the heat exchanger. Spray tank of warm water through the heat exchanger with cooling towers and heat outside the shop after cooling is recycled.
The bottle inlet temp.4ºC, out bottle inlet temp. around 30ºC.
2, Main characteristics:
1)The machine's main parts are made of stainless steel (except for the tail, bearings, motors, and others), side by opening windows, designed to open the structure at the top, easy maintenance, observation.
2)Spraying nozzle made of United States technology, spray evenly.
3)Use of variable-frequency adjustable-speed motor with helical-bevel gear reducer motor, smooth and reliable operation, low energy consumption.
4)Set of main motor overload protection, can effectively protect the chainplate and its drive system.
5)With temperature display table, steam pressure gauge.
6)Equipped with spray water circulating pump and metering pumps.
7)Each pump is equipped with the necessary low water protection against pump dry and accidental damage.
8)Steam system is equipped with a stop valve, pneumatic control valve, steam trap, heat exchangers, and so on.
