Small Industrial Qhs-1500 Carbonated Soft Drink Mixer for BeverageThe carbonating mixer is the equipment to mix sugar syrup, water, and carbon dioxide. The product water is degassed and mixed with the syrup in a fixed proportion, cooled to the process temperature through a plate heat exchanger, and then fully mixed with carbon dioxide to complete carbonation.

Equipment characteristics
1) The water tank, syrup tank, and mixing tank of the mixing system are sealed structures. During the working process, the upper parts of the three tanks are filled with CO2 gas or other clean gases, so as to ensure that the mixing liquid is not polluted by air.
2) High mixing accuracy and adjustable mixing ratio;
3) CIP cleaning can be carried out, and hot water or other chemical cleaning liquid can be used for cleaning and disinfection;
4) The whole set of equipment is mounted on a stainless steel frame with adjustable legs.
5) It can be used to deal with many kinds of products, such as carbonated beverages, fruit juice beverages so on.

Equipment configuration
It mainly consists of the degassing unit, mixing unit, cooling unit, pre-carbonization unit, carbonization unit, electrical control unit, and rack.
1) Degassing Unit
The system uses a vacuum pump to vacuum the degassing tank so as to maintain a certain negative pressure in the degassing tank. The treated water enters the degassing tank through the nozzle at the top of the degassing tank in the form of fog. Under the condition of negative pressure, the gas in the fog water is easier to be discharged, which facilitates the dissolution of carbon dioxide in the later stage and the quantity control. 
2) Mixed element
The degassed treated water and the cooled syrup enter the T-type mixing tube in a certain mixing proportion through the flow regulating device and then enter the mixing tank. Water tank, syrup tank, and mixing tank work under the same and constant gas pressure, so as to improve the mixing accuracy and flow stability, ensure the isolation of material and atmosphere, and ensure that the mixing liquid is not polluted by air. The water tank and syrup tank in the mixing system can accurately control the liquid level through the inner buoy device, while the liquid level in the mixing tank can be accurately controlled by the adjusting valve.
3) Cooling unit
The mixed liquid is cooled to the optimum carbonization temperature through the heat exchanger to ensure the stable operation of the carbonization system behind it.
4) Pre-carbonization Unit
The CO2 gas is injected into the ejector in a certain amount through the metering device, and the ejector is mixed with the cooled liquid to achieve a certain amount of CO2 gas addition
5) Carbonization unit
The beverage after pre-carbonization is injected into the carbonization tank through the nozzle at the top of the carbonization tank in a foggy form. The foggy liquid is fully fused with the added CO2 gas to achieve the desired beverage gas content. The CO2 pressure control system is used to control the CO2 dosage to ensure the stability of the backpressure in the carburizing tank.
6) Electrical Control Unit
It is equipped with a programmable controller, man-machine interface, detection device, pneumatic control device, and other electrical components and instruments, and automatic control is realized by the programmable controller.
