Equipment components:
Cantilever
1) The installation is firm and reliable, light and convenient, and an anti-fall device is provided.
2) The surface of the cantilever is sprayed with an orange topcoat, and the thickness of the paint film is not less than 0.5mm. Process: stoving varnish prevents falling off.
3) The cantilever can realize frequency conversion speed regulation of 10 to 18 laps/min in electrical aspect, and has functions such as slow start, slow stop, automatic reset, and automatic stop when touched.
4) The overall slewing bearing steel frame is designed with reference to the size of the package. The installation is firm and reliable, and there is no vibration or deformation during operation.

Film carriage system
1) The film carriage is pre-stretched, and the pre-stretch can reach 250%. (customizable)
2) The stretching roller adopts a wear-resistant rubber roller; the process adopts one-piece molding, durable and anti-degumming.
3) The surface of the film carriage is sprayed with an orange phenolic topcoat, and the thickness of the paint film is not less than 0.5mm.
4) The film carriage can achieve (the film feeding speed can be automatically adjusted according to the tension force) the frequency conversion motor adjust the film feeding speed in the electrical part.
5) Automatic shutdown alarm when the film is broken or no film occurs during the packaging process.
6) The top and bottom winding numbers are individually controlled.
7) Set up an anti-collision mechanism to improve product safety performance.

Lift and down device
1) The overall lift and down of the film carriage adopts a wheeled type, with 4 built-in imported nylon rollers for guiding and sliding;
2) The number of wrapped film layers can be set according to different requirements: 2~10 layers.
3) Automatically detect the lifting height of the goods, and the lifting speeds are adjustable.
4) Automatically detect the height of the goods and put the film.
5) Set the upper and lower limit positions to prevent the film carriage from rushing to the top and rubbing the bottom, resulting in equipment running failure.

Film clamping, film cutting, and film tail processing device
1) The film clamping mechanism adopts "scissor-type", which can realize automatic film clamping.
2) The film cutting adopts a resistance wire heating cutting film, and the heating time of the resistance wire is adjustable.
3) Increase the film blowing mechanism to tightly wrap the film tail, thereby increasing the aesthetics of the packaging.
4) According to the product, the packaging effect after film cutting can be processed by stroke film and solder film devices.
