Glass Bottle Washing Machine

Description:
This machine sends the glass bottles on the conveyor line into the bottle rack through the bottle divider and bottle unscrambler device, then pre-soaking and spraying, multi-stage lye soaking, internal and external spraying, hot water spraying, warm water spraying, sterile water spraying, and finally place the cleaned bottle on the bottle conveyor line stable through the bottle outlet device.

1. Equipment features:
Single-end type, the bottle inlet, and outlet are on the same side of the equipment, and the transmission adopts the form of partial separation;
breakdown of bottle inlet and outlet adjustment simple, electric reset;
Pressure, temperature, etc. are displayed on the touch screen. The lye 1 tank is equipped with a lye concentration detector. When the above instruments are abnormal, it will alarm or stop the operation of the host, and the degree of automation is high;
Using a three lye tanks structure, multi-point internal and external spraying, high cleaning rate;
All pipelines are connected by flange, the flange gasket is made of EPDM material, and the steam pipeline is made of metal graphite pad material;
The inner spraying adopts tracking, and the outer spraying adopts the fixed spraying form;

6. The label removing system of glass bottle washing machine:
The label removing device is composed of stainless steel label removing chain net, transmission box, passive box, label motor, air duct, and label removing the fan. During operation, the label motor drives the label removing chain net to make a circular motion, The label removing pump pumps water from the bottom of the label removing chain net, enters the spraying tube to rinse the label, and the lye is recycled using through the label removing chain net. Sundries such as labels and broken glass bottles are blocked on the net belt and move with the net belt to the label outlet, where the label is separated from the label by removing the chain net by the fan and the label removing the brush. This machine is set with three sets of label-removing devices, which are respectively used for lye I, lye II, and lye III. The start and stop times of label removing II and III are set by PLC to reduce the wear of the label removing chain net and save energy. The label removing chain net is moderate in density, and the structure is a module composed of spiral steel wire and supporting steel wire, which is simple to assemble and disassemble. 10mm helical steel wiretaps are distributed on the label removing the surface of the lye I label by removing the net, which can effectively overcome the influence of lye water foam on the label removing the net. The connected label removing net has large chain rollers, high precision, and is equipped with flexible joints, which is also simple to assemble and disassemble, and the stainless steel material is used for the label removing net and the label removing chain, which is not easy to corrode and wear.

The heat exchanger of the glass bottle washing machine adopts a tubular structure, and water runs the inner of the pipe, and steam runs the inner of the pipe shell.

8. Spraying schematic diagram:
The tracking spray mechanism drives the inner spray pipes of the front and rear spraying small trolleys to move forward synchronously with the bottle holder for about 2/3 of the time. At the same time, the nozzle is sprayed on the bottle mouth, and about 1/3 of the time is used for fast return. The tracking spray mechanism can accurately align the bottle mouth through initial adjustment and precise adjustment. The lower part of the spraying small trolley is supported by four balls and runs more smoothly, the interval between the wall on both sides is large, and the maintenance is more convenient. The clean water spray is automatically linked with the host. When the host stops, the clean water will not be sprayed, and the return will not be sprayed at the same time. The standard configuration of the lye inner spray pipe is 6 pcs, and 6-15 pcs of inner spray pipes can be configured according to user needs. The spray pipe is made of stainless steel with a diameter of 57mm, which is easy to clean and not easy to bend. The water collecting pipe connections are made of stainless steel square pipes and never need to be replaced.
